Regent Golf Outing - Sponsorship
On behalf of the West Athletic Boosters, we invite you to join us for the 20th annual Regent Open, benefiting Madison West High School athletics.
Because of state budget cuts and the resulting funding shortages for Madison public schools, West Athletic Boosters has had to step in to cover the cost of many essentials for West Athletics, such as athletic uniforms, equipment, and facility maintenance and improvement. All proceeds of the Regent Open event are used to cover these costs. Maintaining a thriving athletic department is important for many reasons, but probably the most important reason is that participation in athletics provides personal development for the students and correlates highly with academic success.
We are pleased to offer sponsorship opportunities for this very special event that will allow sponsors to reach key target markets and audiences. Sponsorships will enable businesses to deliver their message to families who support children, sports and health. In addition, sponsorships are a wonderful opportunity to support West High School Athletics through support and advocacy of all student athletes including those who otherwise would not be able to afford such athletic opportunities.
Event Sponsor: $5,000
This is the overall event sponsor. Your logo will be displayed at registration, on the course and in the cart information packet. You will also have time allowed during the post event meal to say a few words. Complete foursome golf package included.
Ace Package: $2,500
This is the overall event sponsor. Your logo will be displayed at registration, on the course and in the cart information packet. You will also have time allowed during the post event meal to say a few words. Complete foursome golf package included.
19th HOLE PACKAGE - $1,500
This package recognizes you as an elite sponsor. Your logo will be displayed on the course and in the cart information packet. You will also have time allowed during the post event meal to say a few words. Complete foursome golf package included.
EAGLE PACKAGE I - $1,500
This package recognizes the post-event food sponsor. Your logo will be displayed on the course and in the cart information packet. You will also have time allowed during the post event meal to say a few words. Complete foursome golf package included.
EAGLE PACKAGE II - $1,500
This package recognizes the box lunch sponsor, Your logo will be displayed on the course and in the cart information packet. You will also have time allowed during the post event meal to say a few words. Complete foursome golf package included.
BIRDIE PACKAGE - $600
This package covers signage displayed and sponsorship of either the beverage carts or golf carts. Your logo will be displayed on the two beverage carts in use during the outing or as many as 72 golf carts.
PAR PACKAGE - $250
This package is available to have you, your group or your company logo located on the course.
Every sponsorship, contribution, and golfer registration helps support the over 1200 student athletes at Madison West High School. Money is used to purchase uniforms and equipment, improve facilities and for scholarships (6 X $500 each year) presented to West senior athletes.
