West Athletic Boosters Purchase History
West Athletic Boosters was formed in 1999 as the Madison West Athletic Booster Association.
Since 2013, the West Athletic Boosters have spent over $578,000 to support West Athletics in the form of uniforms, equipment, facility improvements, and scholarships.
Donate to the Upgraded Turf Project
Upgraded turf will be installed at all four (4) Madison High Schools as part of the 2020 Referendum. West’s portion of this $120,000 district-wide project is $30,000. We need your help to raise the final $10,000 after a generous $10,000 donation from West Class of 1975 Alum Jim Krogstad and West Athletic Boosters matching $10,000 donation.
Donate to purchase Equipment for the new Weight room
The weight room in the new building does not include equipment, so we are raising funds for that project. Estimated total cost is $89,000 (at least 1/2 to be paid for by West High School, as this space is used for a number of classes; the rest will be funded by the West Athletic Boosters for West Athletics).

West Athletic Boosters donations and fundraisers provide over $50,000 in support each year to West High athletics. We are a parent-run booster not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization supporting our West High athletic teams for needs that exceed our limited district athletic budget.

All Sport Passes
Starting in the 2023-2024 school year all ticketing at Big 8 schools will occur using GoFan. All Sport Passes (formally called Home Game Cards) are yearly passes to allow Adults to enter West Regular Season Home Sporting events. All Sport Pass price: $30. Single event ticket prices: $6 for adults, $4 for students (K-8th grade). [Passes cannot be used at post season contests hosted by West.]
