Madison West High School fields Girls Basketball teams at the Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Freshmen levels. All teams compete in the Big Eight conference.
Tryouts are held in early November and the season runs from late November through mid-March.
Home games are played at Madison West's Stevens Gym.
West has won 2 State Championships, in 1976 and 1982; 6 Sectional Championships; 19 Regional Championships; and 8 Conference Championships.
