West Winter Running and Fitness Club
After school winter running as well as weight room access on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:15PM (starting 12/5/19). If athletes are planning on running after school they can meet us after their run to follow an athletic development plan created by the West strength and conditioning coach, Tyler Seubert. The plan is designed to improve speed, running efficiency and to reduce the risk of injury. Athletes could also join us after their run to stretch and foam roll if they are unsure about strength training.
If athletes are not running after school this would be a great opportunity to workout with friends and improve as an athlete for any sport, but especially endurance athletics.
This is a school sponsored club open to any West student so feel free to invite friends who may not be part of the cross country or track teams.
